Visitor’s Guide

Overview

Family, relatives and friends form an integral part in our patients’ recovery journeys, providing the emotional and psychological support that the patient needs most during this time. This is why we encourage visitation of patients during their stay at our hospital, on with permission of the patient. This is to ensure patients’ safety and privacy while still enjoying with the time with their loved ones. This guide will be of help to orient you regarding visitation.  

Patient Companion
Some of our rooms are equipped with day beds for the comfort of everyone during visits. If needed, please approach our staff for assistance.

International Visitors
We welcome our international guests to visit our patients. For family members of our patients who may need accommodation in Singapore, please contact us at enquiry@crawfurdhospital.com for more assistance.

Visitors Guide

Do note of our visiting hours (11am to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm everyday) as our patients will need to have sufficient resting time. Please be informed of and adhere to the prevailing COVID-19 measures.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL VISITORS

Please note that our hospital Visiting Guide aligns with the prevailing Ministry of Health (MOH) Guidelines.

All visitors will have to complete a Health Declaration Form at the entrance of the hospital. The wearing of a face mask, (covering the nose and mouth), is compulsory in the hospital. Please refrain from eating and drinking during your visit to Crawfurd Hospital.

For Inpatient visitors, the number of unique visitors rule will be in accordance with the latest MOH guidelines.

In line with Ministry of Health’s guidelines and for the safety of our patients and staff, all hospital / ward visitors should keep their visits to 20 minutes or less. 

Priority will be given to visitors with urgent need.

As of current MOH guidelines, inpatients will be allowed to receive visits from ONE pre-designated person. If a patient stayed longer than 7 days, they are allowed to add one more registered visitor from the 7th day of admission.  Dangerously ill patients will be allowed five pre-designated visitors, with maximum of two visitors at the patient’s bedside at any one time.
