Family, relatives and friends form an integral part in our patients’ recovery journeys, providing the emotional and psychological support that the patient needs most during this time. This is why we encourage visitation of patients during their stay at our hospital, on nomination by the patient. This is to ensure patients’ safety and privacy while still enjoying with the time with their loved ones. This guide will be of help to improve the visitation journey.
Our rooms are equipped with day bed for the comfort of everyone during visits. If needed, please approach our staff for assistance.
We welcome our international guests to visit our patients. For family members of our patients, who may need accommodation in Singapore, please contact us at email@example.com for more assistance.
Visitors will be invited by our patients and they will be presented with an electronic visitor card. Please present this card to our colleague and they will guide you accordingly. Do note of our visiting hours (9am – 9pm everyday) as our patients will need to have sufficient resting time. Please be informed of and adhere to the prevailing COVID-19 measures.

This applies to all visitors, including caregivers who are staying in the ward beyond 20 minutes, regardless of your vaccination status.
Visitors must test negative before they are allowed entry, and the result will only be valid for 24h from the time of their ART. Please be informed that results from ‘Self-testing kit’ will not be accepted.
Priority will be given to visitors with urgent need.
