All our inpatients’ wards are single room with en-suite bathroom facility to ensure maximum comfort for our patients.
Our VIP rooms are more spacious and equipped with the facilities that will make you feel at home.
The day surgery wards (DSW) are for patients who are looking forward to be discharged on the same day of the procedure after a short respite.
The intensive care unit (ICU) beds are for those who are in the most vulnerable state and may require special interventions should the need arise.
The hospital bed will be an electric bed. It has easy control buttons for adjusting bed positions.
For safety, please ensure no one is under the bed when the bed adjustment functions are being activated.
Amenities available upon request. E.g : Tencel / Bamboo Fitted Sheets available.

The wards are specially designed to maximise the comfort of our patients. The introduction of Smart technology to each and every ward allows automated touchless operation of lighting, air condition and other devices, bringing convenience to our patients.
SOS call alarm and other safety device are also available and linked to the SMART system so nurses are informed of fall risks and intervene accordingly.
Television
Other than the free to air channels, our hospital provides on-demand Netflix subscription for your comfort.
Internet Access
Internet connections will be available for free. Our staff will provide the security password upon admission.
Phone Service
Patient may request for a cordless phone from our nurses if calls need to be made.
Special home Appliances
We provide on demand Dyson Hair dryers and other high-end home appliances for your comfort. Approach our friendly staff for assistance.
At Crawfurd Hospital, we ensure your meals supplement the care you received while delivering a pleasant culinary experience. Our doctors and nurses will assess and inform of your dietary requirements to the culinary team and the dietitian. Collaboratively, we will design a healthy yet pleasurable dining experience to aid the recovery process.
Housekeeping
The room will be cleaned daily by the housekeeping team. Please inform our nursing staff if you have concerns or queries about the housekeeping services.
Laundry service will be available at additional charges. Please approach our nurses for more information.
Room Safe
You’ll find a safe in your room where you can safely store your personal belongings.
However, we advise you not to bring any valuables with you during your hospital stay. The hospital will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to patients’/visitors’ personal items on the hospital’s premises.
Laundry Service
You may wish to have your clothes washed, pressed or dry-cleaned during your stay. Just let our ward staff know and this will be arranged for you.

If you face any problems regarding the equipment in the room, please approach our nurses for assistance.
Security
Your safety and security are our utmost priority. Our in-house security provides 24-hour coverage including CCTV and patrolling security officers.
Should you have any concerns, please contact our ward staff for assistance.
Fire Safety
The hospital has an automatic fire alarm system that is directly linked to the Singapore Civil Defence Force. When the fire alarm is activated, alarm bells will ring on all floors. This is the first bell. Please remain calm and stand by for further announcements or instructions from the ward staff. If the fire alarm rings for the second time, please follow the instruction of our staff to evacuate the building.
Should there be a fire in your room, leave your room, closing the door behind you to prevent the fire from spreading. Please remain calm and stand by for further announcements or instructions from the ward staff.
No Smoking
Smoking in the hospital is prohibited by law.
Our dedicated nurses will be stationed to assist you throughout your journey at the hospital to ensure your safety and comfort. If you require any assistance, our team will be ready to attend to your requests.
For emergencies, there will be SOS call buttons in the wards as well as bathrooms. Our healthcare professionals on stand-by will provide you the necessary emergency assessment and treatment.
